If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from B+ you may return the item in its original condition, with your receipt within 15 days
for a full refund or credit.  Please note that any item that has been customized or damaged may not be returned.

We want to provide you with a positive experience and a product you will
enjoy for years to come.  If you have any questions about an item or need
a repair to your item, please contact us.

All B+ jewelry pieces are handcrafted.  The charms are sterling silver or 14 k gold.  The sterling silver charms may need to be polished with a silver cloth periodically.
